General Manager & Executive Vice President of Ericsson
Mobile Phones the Americas (NASDAQ:ERICY), the largest supplier
of mobile systems in the world, Mr. Wretsell has over fifteen
years of senior management experience. Mr. Wretsell's thirteen-year
career with Ericsson included spearheading the company's operations
in the United States and Latin America while reporting directly
to the company President. As Executive Vice President and
General Manager, Mr. Wretsell was responsible for restructuring
the Company's U.S. operations, which generated over $2.5 billion
in annual sales under his leadership. In addition Mr. Wretsell
served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in Latin America,
where he established Ericsson's operations including supply
chain, sales, distribution, marketing and customer support.
Under his guidance, the operation grew from sales of $60 million
and four employees in 1995 to sales of over $660 million and
more than two hundred employees in 1999.
Mr. Wretsell is currently a Managing Partner with Business
Growth Consultants, a U.S. and Sweden-based company that he
co-founded to provide senior level consulting services to
public and private companies. Additionally, he serves on the
advisory board of Hansen Gray & Company, the lead venture
capital firm backing iCurie.
Michael Karpheden, CFO
Former Executive of LM Ericsson,
the largest supplier of mobile systems in the world, Mr. Karpheden
has over fourteen years of international financial leadership
experience. Mr. Karpheden's eleven-year career with Ericsson
of North and Latin America included serving as Acting President
responsible for all company activities including business
development and strategies, and sales and marketing. Mr. Karpheden
established the Company's finance department and also served
as Director of Finance and Logistics, managing all aspects
of finance and accounting for Ericsson of North and Latin
America, including ten Unites States subsidiaries and operations
in Mexico and South America of LM Ericsson.
Mr. Karpheden has served as Chief Operating Officer for STRAX
Inc., a Miami, Florida-based manufacturer and supplier of
mobile phones and accessories. During his tenure with STRAX,
he successfully negotiated sales contracts with such industry
leaders as AT&T, Telefonica Spain and Kmart, and he restructured
overseas operations in London and Hong Kong.
Mr. Karpheden is currently a Managing Partner with Business

Dr. Jeong Hyun Lee, Ph.D., Director
After award-winning work on two space shuttle missions with NASA, former Samsung scientist Dr. Jeong Hyun Lee founded iCurie Labs Inc. Dr. Lee, along with his team of engineers, created and patented a breakthrough nano-scale, super cooling technology -- initially to address the development-hindering problem of semiconductor cooling. The radical cooling technology is unique in that it does not require fans, pumps, dangerous gases or electricity to be effective. This environmentally friendly system has been initially applied to semiconductor cooling in overcoming one of the biggest barriers in developing faster computer speeds -- heat.
Jeppe L. Hansen, Director
Mr. Hansen currently serves as Chairman of Hansen Gray & Company and has over twenty years of experience in investment banking, trade finance, and real estate finance. He was the founder and CEO of Bridgehead Group Ltd., a financial advisory and investment banking firm active with companies in various areas of technology, financial services, consumer products, software development and telecommunications. Mr. Hansen has prepared business plans, evaluated strategies, monitored performance, and implemented strategic plans for various clients in the US and Europe. He has advised international government agencies and business interests in foreign trade, trade finance, and commercial development. He has arranged financing with various commercial banks on behalf of corporate clientele and is an experienced manager of privately owned companies. Mr. Hansen has held investment banking positions with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch in New York and Miami and has advised institutional investors and privately and publicly-owned companies on investments, project finance, and business acquisitions. Mr. Hansen has also worked as a marketing executive and strategic planner for companies in Denmark and as an operations manager for a US-based multi-national corporation.
